WHO IS KARL ROVE ?

Political 'Architect ' of the Bush Administration: Karol Rove was the key Bush political advisor from 1977 to 2000 and was Senior Advisor and Deputy Chief of Staff to President George W. Bush until resigning in 2007. He headed the Office of Political Affairs, the office of Public Liaison, and White House Office of Strategic Initiatives.

Exploiting 9/11 Terrorist Tragedies: Karl Rove was instrumental in using the 9/11 tragedies for political gain, creating the 'post 9/11 world' , one characterized by curtailed freedom, greater use of torture, a more violent and aggressive foreign policy, greater corporate and state power, and squashed dissent.

War Criminal: Karl Rove orchestrated the selling of the invasion of Iraq, using distorted and fabricated evidence to deceive the U.S. Congress and public. The invasion was in clear violation of international law- legally the highest law in the U.S.-however no one has been held to account.

Racist Campaigning and Election Fraud: Karl Rove's use of race as a wedge in campaigning surely predates the Bush campaign's push polls in South Carolina in 2000 alleging John Mcain had an illegitimate black child. The expansion of the Florida voter purge list to include non-felons barred mostly African-Americans, and almost certainly cost Al Gore the election. Karl Rove again orchestrated the mass challenging of minority voters in the 2004 election. Targeting millions of people of color in the key states.

Assault on Science and the Environment: Karl Rove was key figure in the Bush administration efforts to discredit scientific evidence that contradicted their agenda. Karl Rove was personally involved in rewriting EPA reports to the detriment of the environment and in smashing a global climate consensus at a crucial point in history.

Why is Karl Rove still important? Currently, Karl Rove is openly defying a Congressional subpoena- refusing to answer questions about his crimes from Congress or the public. He has never been held responsible for his actions, and continues to advise Republican campaign efforts as well as deceive the public as a regular contributor for the Fox News and the Wall street Journal. Our country cannot accept in silence the presence of a notorious WAR CRIMINAL and TRAITOR to the nation.
